Generationally Incorrect

"Every generation has something to fight about." · "Because the truth isn't always age-appropriate."

Six directions to react to — not final art. Each explores a different angle of the show: censorship & unfiltered truth, generational conflict, and broadcast nostalgia. Every mark is built to survive as a tiny circular avatar (the real test for a podcast). Tell me which one or two to push into finished, full-color versions.

GENERATIONALLY INCORRECT A GENERATIONAL DEBATE
Concept 01
The Redaction
"Incorrect" sits inside a red censor bar — the truth that got struck out. Newspaper-masthead authority meets banned-content edge. Reads instantly, works in one color.

Concept 02
The Versus Badge
An emblem for "something to fight about." A lightning bolt splits the GI monogram like a fight-card divider. Premium, merch-ready, timeless — great as a stamp on thumbnails and hats.

Concept 03
The Advisory Label
Riffs on the "Parental Advisory / Explicit" sticker — pure "not age-appropriate." High recognition, built-in edge, instantly screenshot-able for social. Bold black-white-red.

Concept 04
The Broadcast
A CRT set tuned to "GI." The channel range (1946–2012) = the span of generations at the table. Warm nostalgia that still says "we broadcast uncomfortable truths." Plays to Lucid's cinematic side.

Concept 05
The Spectrum
A mic under an arc of four dots — one per generation, teal to black. Cleanest and most "premium podcast." Scales down beautifully; the arc doubles as a waveform motif for animation.

Concept 06
The Protest Stack
Heavy stacked type like a protest placard — loud, modern, unapologetic. The abbreviated "GEN / INCORRECT" is a natural social shorthand and hashtag (#GenIncorrect). Cheapest to animate.

AMBER · #EBA83A
SPECTRUM TEAL · #2E9AA6

Black-white-red is the core (authority + danger + newsprint). Amber and teal are accents for the generational "spectrum" and retro directions — use sparingly.
