Creator Partnership Pricingby inquiry
Ceiling is $600 — nothing on his site touches $1,000. "Partnership pricing by inquiry" is the door you walk through.

Your Three Leverage Points

  • Studio is ~1 year old. Startup still building systems — not an established shop with pricing power.
  • Editing is his confirmed gap. His own FAQ says "light editing"; services page names no turnaround or revisions. His $600 tier is the offer he can't reliably deliver. You bring Gabe.
  • His own visibility leaks. Founder isn't even named on his About page — a real entity/NAP gap on a year-old Gladstone site. Your White-Belt work genuinely moves his needle.
Your Walk-Away Number
If the trade ever feels heavier than $99/mo hosting + a few hours of visibility setup, you're overpaying. Fallback: a $2–3K two-camera rig makes you studio-independent — so you're never over a barrel. You need his audience and co-hosting, not his room.

The Trade

You give
Partner Hosting ($99/mo)
Bounded White-Belt setup: GBP + listings, name him on his own site
Co-host + cross-promo
You get
Batched studio access (~1 session/mo)
His audience + Gladstone network
A co-host and a partner in your territory
Both sides trade high-sticker, near-zero-marginal-cost assets. Roughly fair; keeps him a partner, not a client you gave away.

Lines You Hold

  • No belt for studio. A Black Belt = 20+ of his full-production episodes; a Brown = 5–6. Wildly lopsided.
  • Don't adopt his editing problem. Build the Found in KC workflow for yourselves first; his fix is a paid deal later, not a favor now.
  • He's a partner, not collaborator #4. He gives a room and a co-host — not a seat where Ninja-360 gets built.
Opening Move

"I'll host your site + CRM and clean up your Google visibility — get you actually found in Gladstone — in exchange for studio time on a batched schedule, and we co-host. Let's run 90 days and see how it feels."

If he wants the full media treatment for Lucky 13: he becomes a real Brown/Black client — studio access credits against part of the build, cash covers the rest. Never blur "studio partner" and "free belt."
