01 · Locked Principles

Principle 1

Interleaved, not sequential

Each week = one training module (manual) + one real build deliverable. Learn by doing, not by finishing a course first.

Principle 2

AI modules are earned

Manual competency is the gate — Pavan proves he can do a step by hand before he gets the AI/automation module for it. Research-backed; locked by Tim.

Principle 3

Start the clocks NOW

Two foundation items take real calendar time regardless of effort. They kick off W1 and run in the background so they don't bottleneck the back half of the sprint.

02 · The Two Elapsed-Time Clocks (start W1 — this week)

Both clocks run in the background of every week below. They are not "a week's work" — they are "started W1, watched to completion."

Clock 1 · Deliverability

Email Warm-Up

Stand up mail. + noreply. subdomains with SPF/DKIM/DMARC per the domain strategy, then ramp send volume gradually over ~3–6 weeks to build sender reputation before any real marketing sends.

If we don't start now, the first campaign lands in spam.

Manual competency earned: DNS records + warm-up discipline, by doing it.

Clock 2 · SMS Compliance

A2P 10DLC / Toll-Free Registration

Submit brand + campaign registration — this is the same registration that clears the toll-free SMS block (Error 30032). Approval clock is days-to-weeks.

Dependencies: a live opt-in (the #10 free-audit form) + ToS/Privacy links in the ninja360.net footer.

Manual competency earned: consent + compliance basics.

Both start this week — before Pavan learns to sort footage. Because they cost calendar time, not effort. Skipping this decision costs the September push.

Why this order: the automation modules (A→D) only unlock after Pavan has done sort → grade → nadir → assemble by hand. Shedit (the true AI step) is earned last. Meanwhile the two clocks, started W1, finish exactly when they're needed — A2P before prospecting, warm-up before campaigns.

04 · Ties to Comp + Warp Speed

Each build deliverable maps to Pavan's Partner Pay Bucket 2 milestones — trade now, "done"-spec'd. See Partner Pay.
The automation builds (A–D) are the Ninja Warp Speed engine — extending the existing "Hasan Pipeline Builder" Apps Script, not building from scratch. See Warp Speed SOW/SOP.
Owning the invoice engine (W2) is the Pavan power move that closes the cash-submission gap.

The Pavan Gate — cost in writing, no resale.

Every engine module has its cost documented in writing before it exists, so it can be sold to future clients without renegotiation. Nothing built here gets sold twice at hidden rates. See Cash Rule 5 on Partner Pay.

Submit A2P / toll-free registration — needs the opt-in form + footer legal · sequence #10 early if not live.
