Supersedes the "class first, build after" sequencing. Training and the real build now run interleaved, week by week — Pavan learns by shipping, not by finishing a course first.
Each week = one training module (manual) + one real build deliverable. Learn by doing, not by finishing a course first.
Manual competency is the gate — Pavan proves he can do a step by hand before he gets the AI/automation module for it. Research-backed; locked by Tim.
Two foundation items take real calendar time regardless of effort. They kick off W1 and run in the background so they don't bottleneck the back half of the sprint.
Both clocks run in the background of every week below. They are not "a week's work" — they are "started W1, watched to completion."
Clock 1 · Deliverability
Stand up mail. + noreply. subdomains with SPF/DKIM/DMARC per the domain strategy, then ramp send volume gradually over ~3–6 weeks to build sender reputation before any real marketing sends.
If we don't start now, the first campaign lands in spam.
Clock 2 · SMS Compliance
Submit brand + campaign registration — this is the same registration that clears the toll-free SMS block (Error 30032). Approval clock is days-to-weeks.
Dependencies: a live opt-in (the #10 free-audit form) + ToS/Privacy links in the ninja360.net footer.
Aligned to the 90-day sprint · W2 = 7/20 kickoff. Every week: one manual module + one build deliverable. Rows shaded EARNED = AI / automation modules that unlock after manual competency.
| Week | Manual module (learn by doing) | Build deliverable | Clocks |
|---|---|---|---|
| W1 · NOW | Drive/folder system (Hasan tree) · naming + tagging | Scaffold preset folder tree + tag taxonomy | START email warm-up + A2P |
| W2 · 7/20 | Invoice submission by hand — owns the invoice engine | Acceptance-day invoice checklist live · batch process running | warm-up ramping · A2P pending |
| W3 | Run a full capture + sort by hand | 2-min shoot-wrap form | warm-up · A2P |
| W4 | GHL pipeline basics by hand | GHL pipeline stages/config + pre-flight | A2P clears ~here → SMS unblocks |
| W5 | Manual edit assembly following Hasan specs | Free-audit lead magnet (#10) live = the opt-in A2P needed | warm-up completing |
| W6–W7 | Manual color grade + nadir by hand | EARNED Extend the Pipeline Builder script → auto-sort (Stage A) | deliverability ready |
| W8–W9 | — | EARNED Auto-color (B) + auto-nadir (C) · data-collection engine | — |

| W12–W13 | — | Systems hardening · sign off "done" specs · retro + re-score | — |
Every engine module has its cost documented in writing before it exists, so it can be sold to future clients without renegotiation. Nothing built here gets sold twice at hidden rates. See Cash Rule 5 on Partner Pay.
mail. + noreply. subdomains + auth records; begin volume ramp.Every week has one thing to learn by hand and one thing to ship. The clocks run in the background. The AI modules unlock as manual competency lands. The sprint ends with Shedit live — because Pavan built it after doing every step by hand first.
