Set the studio look with Lucid — lighting, framing, the cinematic bar.
Cut the clip + quote-card templates so every episode multiplies into ~40 assets.

Pilot & Launch · Weeks 5–12

Shoot 2–3 pilots (apply the test-shoot learnings). First episodes run the three house spots — Lucky 13, Lucid, Ninja-360.
Build the sponsor one-pager.
Batch-record 4–6 episodes; pre-load the social calendar.
Soft-launch to warm networks; start the list.
Public launch on cadence; membership on; first sponsor conversations.
