Generationally Incorrect

"Every generation has something to fight about."

"Because the truth isn't always age-appropriate."

Four generations argue the questions everyone's afraid to ask out loud — and actually try to understand each other.

Phase: Lock (W1–2 of the 90-day launch arc)

Gated on the four open decisions below — the clock starts once they're locked.

Open Decisions

1
Logo direction
pick 1–2 of the 6 concepts below to finish. Early lean: The Redaction (pending sign-off).
2
Panel format
hybrid recommended: one fixed voice per generation + a rotating 4th seat.
3
Equity & roles
settle the split so the entity and financial model can finalize.
4
Cadence
direction set: twice a month, 3-month sprint, then reassess for weekly.

The Logo Call

Six directions to react to — not final art. Every mark is built to survive as a tiny circular avatar, the real test for a podcast. The question isn't "do you like it" — it's "does it work at 48 pixels, on a tee, and on a thumbnail you'd click."

Early lean (pending sign-off): Concept 01 · The Redaction — one-color capable, instantly readable, on-brand for "truth that got struck out." Second choice for merch/stamp use: Concept 02 · The Versus Badge.

GENERATIONALLY INCORRECT A GENERATIONAL DEBATE
Staged: dark ground
Concept 01 · The Redaction

"Incorrect" sits inside a red censor bar — the truth that got struck out. Newspaper-masthead authority meets banned-content edge. Reads instantly, works in one color.

GI GENERATIONALLY INCORRECT EST. 2026 · NO FILTER
Staged: light ground
Concept 02 · The Versus Badge

An emblem for "something to fight about." A lightning bolt splits the GI monogram like a fight-card divider. Premium, merch-ready, timeless — great as a stamp on thumbnails and hats.

Concept 03 · The Advisory Label

Riffs on the "Parental Advisory / Explicit" sticker — pure "not age-appropriate." High recognition, built-in edge, instantly screenshot-able for social. Bold black-white-red.

GI CH. 1946–2012
Staged: dark ground
Concept 04 · The Broadcast

A CRT set tuned to "GI." The channel range (1946–2012) = the span of generations at the table. Warm nostalgia that still says "we broadcast uncomfortable truths." Plays to Lucid's cinematic side.

Concept 05 · The Spectrum

A mic under an arc of four dots — one per generation, teal to black. Cleanest and most "premium podcast." Scales down beautifully; the arc doubles as a waveform motif for animation.

GEN INCORRECT THE GENERATIONAL DEBATE
Staged: dark ground
Concept 06 · The Protest Stack

Heavy stacked type like a protest placard — loud, modern, unapologetic. The abbreviated "GEN / INCORRECT" is a natural social shorthand and hashtag (#GenIncorrect). Cheapest to animate.

Legible tiny — the avatar test Works in one color — the merch test Says "generational argument" without reading the name — the stranger test.
