You are here. Phase 1 is built. Phase 2 starts now.
Ninja-360 has been Tim — one man doing the selling, the shooting, the editing, the invoicing. And it works: real clients, a proven method, the first Brown Belt 💡 belts closed. But a business that only runs when one person shows up is a job, not a company. Phase 2 is where that changes.
Phase 1 · The Foundation — done
Proved it solo: the M.A.P. method, the belt system, real paying clients (IDS in the field, LiveSmart as the first Brown Belt, Kobler), the capture SOPs, the audit engine, the crew assembled. It works — it just all runs through Tim.
Phase 2 · The Build-Out — now
Turn the proven hustle into a company: a machine that brings the customers, a show that makes Ninja-360 the name, and 24 assets that hold value without Tim in the room. The 90-day sprint is the opening move.
The three engines of Phase 2
Everyone builds one piece of the machine that replaces “everything runs through Tim”:
- Pavan builds the MACHINE — the GoHighLevel engine that finds, audits, pitches, books, closes, and delivers customers on rails. Customers without Tim chasing them. 💡 More info
- Gabe builds the STORY — Creative Director of the content engine and the “Found in KC” show. One client shoot becomes a feature that feeds the funnel and builds the Ninja-360 name. A brand — and a content asset that lasts. 💡 More info
- Erik produces the BROADCAST — Lucky 13 Studios: the room, the audience, the co-host chair where the show gets made every week. (Potential partner — his trade for getting Lucky 13 found.)
- Tim builds the NAME — sells, captures, hosts, and assembles it all into one company — making Ninja-360 THE name 💡 KPI for “get me found” in Kansas City.

The 24 assets are the whole point. Phase 2 builds revenue and assets at the same time, on camera — so at Day 90 you don’t just have a good quarter, you have a company worth something on its own. That’s the next level: from Tim’s hustle to a business with a machine, a name, and assets.

Phase 2 · Monday 1: lock the pitch, start the show, wire the machine.
