A dojo without a training floor is just a room with certificates on the wall. This is where the systems get built, tested, broken, and rebuilt — the engine, the pipelines, the automation that lets a small crew move like a big one.
Philosophy #3 — Always Sharpen the Blade
Get a little better every week — the craft, the tools, the results. Try it, test it, keep what works. Own the misses and write down the lesson.
Both halves matter. The blade stays sharp — new tools, new tests, new speed — and the blade stays aimed: new tech earns its place by serving the client, not the hype.
